Three angles on a decision, then a verdict
Arguments for, against and a list of risks are worked out in parallel, and the conclusion draws on all three.

- Execute + Data
- LLM
“Look at it from all sides” in one pass produces one averaged text where no side is worked through: the model spreads its attention thin. Three separate questions produce three real analyses.
What is inside
- The topic — the entry, going into three branches at once.
- Arguments for, arguments against and what could go wrong — three model calls running in parallel.
- Wait for all three — the barrier.
- The synthesis — a recommendation, its reasons, and one condition for revisiting it.
The barrier carries weight here. Without it the synthesis would start from whichever branch arrived first and work on partial data — apparently successfully, because an answer would still come out.
What to set up for yourself
- The angles. Three is the minimum. A fourth is often “what the customer will say” or “what it costs”.
- The synthesis prompt. It asks not to restate the lists: without that the synthesis becomes three texts glued together.
- Different models per branch — the risks on a stronger one, for instance.
What to connect
Nothing. A turn is four calls instead of one, but three of them run in parallel, so in time it is about two ordinary answers.
