Channels
One bot answers in all six channels
The chat page appears the moment you publish, with no code and no keys. The widget, Telegram, VKontakte, a call from your own system and a schedule are switched on by the same toggle, and they share one scenario.

What each door will need
- Chat pagenothing, the link appears when you publish
- Site widgetaccess to the page template, to paste one line
- Telegrama bot key from @BotFather, a minute to set up
- VKontaktea community access key with messages enabled
- A call from your systemsomeone to paste the link and the key
- On a schedulea time and a timezone

The bot hands the conversation to you
The «Send to the customer» node returns the answer to wherever the question came from, so there is no rewriting the scenario per channel.
And where the bot is not sure, you put in a node that writes to you on Telegram or opens a ticket in the CRM along with the text of the conversation. From there you answer the customer yourself, in the same place they wrote.
